- All-private scheme now fully developed, with all units completed and sold at Lendy Place, Sunbury-on-Thames.

Heathlands — Formerly Ridgewood Centre Hospital, Frimley

- Former site of the Brompton Hospital Sanatorium acquired unconditionally for a scheme of 100 homes, including sensitive conversion of a Locally Listed Building.
- Bespoke SANG acquired simultaneously on long leasehold from Frimley Fuel Allotments Charity to unlock planning and enable the unconditional bid.
- Full application approved locally less than 6.5 months from validation. Scheme now completed at Admiral Drive, Frimley.

Wellington Grove — Formerly Redwood Nursing Home, Guildford

- Vacant nursing home in Merrow acquired unconditionally from Surrey County Council.
- Planning application for 24 homes refused locally by Guildford BC; a lower-density scheme of 21 homes at the same coverage was allowed at appeal within 18 months of completion.
- Scheme now completed at Redwood Close, Guildford.

Hepworth Court — Formerly Walton Reach Office, Walton on Thames

PPG Group Limited · Stark Partnership
- Part-occupied office building acquired unconditionally for a scheme of 14 houses adjacent to the Walton Riverside Conservation Area.
- Site exchanged within 2 months of Heads of Terms being agreed, with planning permission achieved less than 4 months from validation, including S106 negotiations.
- Scheme now completed at Swan Close, Walton on Thames.

- Vacant 183,000 ft² office HQ (draft allocation) acquired on a subject-to-planning basis from USS for a scheme of 170 homes with 20% affordable.
- Full planning permission approved within 6 months of validation under a PPA with Surrey Heath BC, including a Design South East Independent Review Panel.
- Scheme under construction by Miller Homes, with the first homes occupied and the marketing suite now open on Chobham Road, Frimley.

Mill Chase Park — Formerly Mill Chase Secondary School, Bordon

- Conditional deal renegotiated with Hampshire CC for a scheme of 146 homes incorporating a linked SANG application, which was politically sensitive.
- Both applications approved locally by East Hants DC within 6 months of validation.
- The scheme by Miller Homes is nearing completion, with the majority of homes now sold and occupied at Mill Chase Road, Bordon.

- Windfall site in a Conservation Area acquired from the Wood BMW Group for a mixed-use scheme of 20 homes and a Co-Operative basket food store.
- Full planning permission achieved within 8.5 months of Hart DC validating the application.
- Scheme now completed at Goodchild Square, Odiham.

- Conversion of a 3-storey office building (including a two-storey roof extension) to provide 116 private apartments opposite Camberley Railway Station.
- Pembroke House, Frimley also acquired conditionally as a surrogate site for affordable apartments above retail.
- Full planning permission approved by Surrey Heath BC within 7 months of submission, enabling simultaneous completion on both sites.
- Scheme now fully developed, with all units completed and sold.

- Planning permission for a scheme of 84 new homes and conversion of Bradgate House into 6 apartments approved by Rushmoor BC 4.5 months from validation.
- Recently launched, with the Miller Homes sales cabin currently located on Knollys Road while the show home and sales centre are being built.

- The Reserved Matters application was approved in 6 months and the scheme is now completed, with all homes sold.
